Leeds CAMRA beer festival - on the 16th march the festival begins in Pudsey civic hall, Leeds. To explore this festival further it could be useful to see what typographic elements are used in the event and could be practiced later on, as well as the exploration of the type of imagery used in the advertising. This may include the pamphlets, posters and banners used in the event, which could help me to gather an understanding of the style used for this occasion.
the event itself will be held at Pudsey Civic Hall, Dawson's Corner, Stanningley, LS28 5TA. The maximum capacity that the venue can hold is 500 people. on the 14th of March after the setup for the event there will be a pub crawl from the Pudsey Civic Hall to The Old Hall Hotel and then to The Fleece.
The festival will provide the visitors will over 150 Ales from Yorkshire and other parts of the country. The theme of this year's event will be 'Down on the Farm'. Website sponsors include the Saltaire Brewery, Leeds Brewery, Ilkley Brewery, Kirkstall Brewery, Moorhouse's and J.D. Wetherspoon.
